In T20 history, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have competed against each other in a total of 24 matches with the following results:
- Pakistan Won: 14
- Sri Lanka Won: 10
While Pakistan leads slightly, Sri Lankans have most notably defeated Pakistan in the 2022 Asia Cup Final. For these “Lions,” this series is not just about winning the tournament but also about defending their home game and proving that they’re the kings of the South Asian’s turning tracks (the dry, worn pitches where spinners dominate the game and batting becomes tricky).

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
That’s quite a memorable story! Thanks for sharing the laugh, and hopefully it becomes a funny memory she’ll look back on someday.
